The Bhote Koshi River (The river from Tibet) 2 days trip from KTM / Grade : 4+
Bhote Koshi roughly translates as river from Tibet. Bhote Koshi is the main branch of the Sunkoshi River. The river is followed by the Arniko Highway from Kathmandu to Lhasa so access and scouting are relatively easy. The Bhote Koshi offers you the steepest action packed rafting in Nepal. If you have limited time or just the desire for an adrenaline overload, this is the river for you. The river is located in eastern Nepal and it is included among the steepest, most technical and challenging rivers in the country.
